Truro Historical Project

The Truro Historical Project Exhibition is about Truro and its Heritage.  It is based upon a body of research undertaken by volunteers working on the project over the past two years.

From 1st to 3rd July inclusive the exhibition will be on show in a Marquee on Lemon Quay which if free to visitors.  Also exhibited will be the work undertaken by local school pupils working on the Combined Truro Schools Art Event. This includes their depiction of Middle Row which was originally situated in the middle of Boscawen Street. Other topics covered include:  Truro at War, Fetes and Festivals, Crime and Punishment, Education and the Workhouse.

The Exhibition will also see the launch of the THP website which will have a facility for local people to upload any photographs they would like to place upon the website.
