- the land was given to
the children and should be returned to them;
- it
will provide a useful facility and help build
the community;
- the facilities may encourage young
people to congregate in the area;
- the proposals
will encourage children to become healthy and
physical with great learning opportunities
and inclusive play;
- an indoor facility should
be provided on the site;
- it will encourage children
off the streets, and raise their self esteem
and confidence;
- the facilities must be made
safe and secure by the installation of CCTV
and lighting;
- concern over vandalism, noise
and parking;
- the area must be appropriately
supervised and policed to prevent vandalism;

over total cost of the project;
- dogs should
be banned from the area;
